What The Rally is About?

This year's Firehawk-Comp T/A Rally will be held the first weekend in August 4th, 5th & 6th. Location is Norwalk Raceway Park in Norwalk, Ohio which located about 12 miles South of Sandusky, Ohio. Sandusky is located on Lake Erie half way between Cleveland and Toledo. Sandusky is also the home Cedar Creek Amusement Park. Cedar Point Park is one of the largest amusement parks in the Northeast. Many members make this more than a car event they make it a mini family vacation. The Rally is about a special event that stands out from a regular car show or meet for owners of our special interest and limited edition Firehawks and Comp T/A's. You will meet owners from all over United States and Canada. Owners that share the same pride in their Firehawk/Comp T/A's as you do. You will see and learn from other members about tips on performance, detailing, exchange idea's & experiences. You will not see a greater number of Firehawks and Comp T/A's gathered in one place than at the FAOA Rally. We have so many members that have return year after year from as far away as California. Our members have made many new friends and actually plan their vacation around our event. We have a great group of members everyone makes everyone else feel welcome. It is like a family reunion.

Another great aspect of our Rally is it's combination with the Ames Performance Tri Power Pontiac Nationals. The Nationals show is a great draw with over 700 Pontiacs in both the Show & Race field. Its an all around event Car Show, Drag Racing, Swap Meet, Car Corral, SEMA Vendors, Pontiac Motorsports and Pontiac Concept Cars. This also gives our attendees a chance to win trophies from both the Pontiac Nationals and the Firehawk/Comp T/A Association. In other words you are attending two car shows at the same time.

This year we will have an increase in trophies from the FAOA. If you are not a member of the FAOA or CTAOA you are more than welcome to join us. But, to be eligible for the FAOA prizes and trophies you must be a current member of the Firehawk. All door prizes are awarded by the luck of the draw at random and the winner picks his/her prize so they are sure to get something they want. We anticipate a total of 50 trophies given in our part of the event. This is in addition to the Pontiac Nationals Awards.

We have a informal Firehawk/Comp T/A Dinner on Saturday evening. Last year we have over 100 attending the dinner. There is a cutoff date to order dinner tickets. The cutoff date 7-25-06 is firm and no tickets will be sold at the Rally or Holiday Inn. Matt Bennett will once again be in charge of the after dinner cruise though Sandusky. Last year we had over 55 Firehawk 's / Comp T/A's join the cruise. For more info call us at 724-437-6736, 724-880-7745 or -

Hope to see you in Norwalk!
